App doesn't work on iphone14
I have recently upgraded my phone and the app hangs every time I open it. Haven't been able to use it. No place could complain and get support.
The Changai App
Is wonderful and very useful too
Very useful with all details for a flight and updates
Easy to add flights just with destination instead of looking for flight #. Gives Entrance, checkin and gate info and updates. Very helpful.
Unable to add My flight
Updated new app & unable to add my flight, any fixes ?
App shutting down in few seconds.
As soon as I open this App, it crashes and shuts itself down in a couple of seconds.
Useless apps keep asking member to login
In order to get the Changi point I have to upload the receipt in order to get the point . While uploading the receipt the apps bot Max is useless keep on asking me to login ! I tried it 2-3 times and I gave up . Why make it so difficult ?
Terrible
Way too much trackers. Load extremely slow
Impractical to login every time for a sales transaction
Please stop logging out members by default every time. It makes the app highly impractical to use at the last mile, so have completely given up.
Useless apps
The apps is not functioning during critical time when we urgently need to check on the gate number. Not deserve world best airport title at all.
