Three dots and then nothing. No data loads, even after deleting and reinstalling

App is a good tool but not very good for families or people transiting to find places

App is MASSIVE (too heavy in size - inexplicably 178Mb + Docs & Data of over 300Mb in addition), lots of pop-ups, clunky UI...and often doesn’t give me what I primarily want which is flight information! Reflects terribly on Singapore - please sort it out Changi :(

Dear developers, try searching for a flight arrival on a phone and see how easy it is to view the results. Almost impossible. And the main reason I use this app.

This app is all singing and all dancing but not user friendly. I resent having to log in when all I want is to check a flight arrival. Pages are overly busy- who needs a silly map of the route?- and require another tap to find the real info wanted- arrival time, terminal, belt. Old app had it all at a glance. Continuous reminders to set for push notifications and import my calendar are annoying. Flight search function is not general enough, eg. I have to know the departure airport and / or number of a flight from London. But what if I only know the arrival time and airline? And in the 21st century you should ask users to opt in to being marketed to, not opt out.

Considering this app is pushed at the airport, the available WiFi to download it can’t handle the size and it takes forever to download. Very poor design

I agree with the general view that you should not force us to upgrade to features we do not need. It just takes up more memory.

Forced update is ridiculous, only time I use the app I have to wait for the update because of the pop up blocking everything

Why does this app have to be 120MB. It needs to go on a diet. Hate that it forces you to update it just when you need it. Very inconsiderately designed.

This version is pretty good to use. Now it's functional and provides SOME flight information very well - excellent! Two provisos - the opening screen has enormous ads - quite ridiculous. The big fail is no arrival info earlier than 20 minutes ago! You are just not allowed to check a flight arrival before that. As I write I am awaiting a colleague at my hotel but can't see if / when she landed. How stupid is that? I guess Changi think we should be so eager that we're checking the app before a flight arrives. Guess I have a choice to google my colleague's arrival or browse the ads while I wait! Which do they think I'll likely do? What are all those advertisers paying for if I leave? A great app, good design, fast, reliable spoiled by lack of thought. Wasting my time.
