Once you’ve downloaded the app, easily set up your account, preferred payment method and facial recognition (optional).
At the store, enter by scanning the in-app QR code or by facial recognition.Start shopping. Items you pick will automatically be updated in the app.
When you’re done, just walk out of the store. You’ll be charged according to your selected payment method.It’s as easy as that!

Scan button no longer works

After the latest update the scan button doesn’t work any more. I can’t use it at those unmanned kiosk, please fix it.

BRING BACK CASHIERS

BRUHH I AM STARVING AND MY APP TAKES FOREVER TO UPDATE.. AT LEAST LET PEOPLE USE OLDER VERSION OMG I AM GOING TO FAINT BC I CANT BUY FOOD COS EVERYWHERE IS CLOSED

I have uninstalled this app and remove my payment details

Those days lots of freezers containing soft drinks selling along the bus interchange and now nothing .

Scam

I bought a bag of chips and they charged me 6 damn dollars for an energy drink I didn’t buy

Bad experience to use

Card scanner on the app doesnt even work, and apple pay isnt implemented making this a much more inconvenient process than necessary

Poor customer service

Customer service refuse to refund even though they made a mistake in charging the wrong price. Boycott this shop.

Cannot receive captcha using phone number issued by CMlink

Limitations on credit cards

Hey do see possible to add more payment modes as your fiscal store does accepting more than visa n master …. Knowing your guys partner with Visa but don’t do limited such option during such trying time… for your consideration please

Pls add more paying options

At least add in Mastercard if you putting Visa as a standard. There's paypal, grabpay, paylah, etc. as a payment option
