Good food but…
The food is good but lots of problems with this app I ordered food from this app and it got cancelled and their bot pepper was not really helping and they sent me and email and saying that my refund would take 5-10 business days

Worst order experience I’ve ever had. Took forever to get credit for a botched order. Customer service bot is useless. Don’t use the app

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would!!!!! 90% of the time I log in it makes me re login and never saves data. Useless. Hire people who know how to manage this platform.

Read the title.
Customer service non existent
They make it impossible to correct your order if you make a mistake or if they do. They charge you outrageous fees and won’t even be bothered to fix any issues that often arise. Order from McDonald’s or a pizza instead.
Great user interface
Great app easy use for orders and rewards chipotle is a top of the line company!
Unreliable and no human customer service
First time using app. The delivery order was completely wrong with two missing items. Spent 20 minutes texting with AI and totally useless result. I’m out $35 and got ripped off.
