Unfortunately the store close early and not a 9:00 pm . I make a online order and I was charged but they didn’t make it

I’ve used this app twice, not times it took half an hour longer to get the sandwich than was promised, while people in line were getting served the whole time (and several other app users were waiting as well) If you want people to use this app figure out how to use it! Otherwise just delete it so people don’t massively waste their time anymore. I won’t be using it again.

Just confirm the location this is so silly that it automatically overrides your favorite locations. Take a page out of chipotle’s book and do just that, pop up a confirmation if you would like to make things more automatic. Also there should be direct info on the rewards page that confirms that every Thursday is double points day

Dial it down a bit on the spam. 12 push notifications and 5 e-Mails per day is a bit much, especially AFTER I’ve used the app to order and after I’ve claimed the goofy ONE-TIME PROMOTION that I cannot use again, so there’s no need to keep reminding me! Maybe you should work on making the user interface a little less clumsy instead. UPDATE: still way too needy. I know it’s points Thursday. It is EVERY Thursday. I literally just picked up my double points order 10min ago! What’s the point in reminding me AFTER the order?

I’ve used the app a couple of times now. While I understand it’s the stores fault and not the app.. when I order in person I’m there to correct them when they mess up instead of getting home and being disappointed.

This app is constantly broken. Some days it just flat out doesn’t work. The deals they give you won’t register at checkout so they’re impossible to claim unless you go inside and order in person. I’ve stopped eating here as much just because the app is a headache.

The lettuce on my sandwich was frozen today. Unfortunately, I was already back in my office when I realized it. Highly disappointing.
