Great app. Offers a lot of good opportunities and definitely so much fun to browse. Highly recommended for watch aficionados.
Perfect app for any watches lovers
Today when I was trying to Identify the watches from my watch collections it would only come up with options for more expensive and rich man watches and would not show mine I even tried typing in the number on the front of the watch under the dial I really hope this can be fixed as this app has a lot of potential but is just not it hope this problem is fixed highly unreccomended.

Chrono24 seemed legit from the onset, but after 1 sale I began to wonder if they truly had the best interest of the seller (especially when the seller pays a premium to list a piece on their site). I quickly realized the entire process was very sketchy and Chrono lacks details about their process and fails to answer the most simple questions. I wouldn’t list or purchase from them - there are many more organized companies who are more organized and transparent.
Needs to refresh the discover feed without having to scroll all the way back up. More filters for discover, ie: price ranges, styles, brands etc. Like if I could decide I have $300 to spend today, I like brand x, x, and x, I want a dive watch, automatic movement. Boom spits out 100 watches I could buy today. Then it would be perfect.
So I have a lot to say and it's not positive but idk if I'm the one off so I hate to bash a company but at the same time. This could have been handled 100xs better. First off. If you are a US customer LET ME MAKE THIS LOUD AND CLEAR. Do NOT buy overseas if this is your first time. I just made this mistake. Not understanding the entire process. The app has zero phone support and 48 response time in app min. I have screen shots to prove it. The "trusted seller" didn't provide paperwork and now my 10k watch is stuck somewhere that FedEx and customs doesn't know where. If you are the broker. This is YOUR problem NOT MINE. I STRONGLY suggest people to consider this when using the app. You cannot delete messages. You cannot call chrono direct You have to wait 48 hrs plus for a response that doesn't make sense because "it's not their fault". This whole thing is beyond horrible from a first time user for this and not some $500 watch (no offense) I will never use this app again because quite frankly I don't trust anything anymore. I'm sure if this post actually gets posted they will have some response to make them look good... but let me tell you. If Ian actually the 1% that had a mess up. Sorry I don't believe it. Both and all parties should be banned from doing business this way. Btw it's been 9 days and I have ZERO idea where my watch is.
MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO EDIT/CHANGE LISTINGS FROM THE APP. Every I want to make a change I have to open a web browser and login all over again. Every other app on the market allows you to make changes in the app. This is the only issue fix it
