Effortless, reliable and efficient

This was my first attempt at purchasing a luxury watch via Chrono24. It was a very positive experience with everything working as advertised…literally! A complimentary shout out to the seller, Nico at NP Luxury Watches. Again a very good experience. Dario.

Easy to use app, bad exchange rates

If you are ordering from another country you are forced to use an exchange rate from the platform so expect to pay at least +3%. Might be worth it from a private seller but better to approach dealers directly to get better pricing.

The buyer of my vintage chronograph reported issues with the chronograph function 6days after the watch was delivered and instructed not to release the fund in escrow account. I demanded buyer to provide more supporting documents as I have proof that the watch was functioning at the time of delivery. The buyer came back a month later with a few words from his watchmaker and demanded to return the watch or pay for the service which costs almost as much as the watch itself. During that period Chrono24 didn't offer any help except asking me to accept the return of the faulty watch (they'll subsidize the delivery cost) or pay for the overhaul. The payment is still with Chrono24 after almost two months. Imo the platform is always on buyers' side. Sellers beware
