It only shows watches You cant place orders to buy watches I have placed orders for atleast 25 watches but not one order could close I don’t understand why doesn’t anyone reach out despite writing over a 50 times…

Needs improvements
The picture loading is slow and even then the quality is low. There are watermarks in the middle of the pictures. Watches don't have case thickness listed or any important specifications. Have to Google each time to see what I am looking at. What's the point of the app if you have to juggle multiple Web pages anyway.
Too hard too complicated.
I was never able to buy or sell watches on it. It’s much more simpler go to a dealer and sell or buy it. And always better prices both sides. You just not have to be a super dumb to mistake with so many professional dealers.

Suspicion Transaction
I purchased a watch on 30th July, 2021. Made payment of $ 5500 online. They confirmed payment received. As per the Standard operating procedure, the seller was supposed to supply me the watch by 7th August, 21. I reminded the app about no response. They told me that the seller has options for 7 days. So, I need to give them the prescribed time. However, I never received any response from the seller. On 7th August, 21, they informed me that the sale is cancelled as revoked by the seller. They also assured that my payment will be refunded. However, all of sudden, they informed me the seller has shipped the watch. But, none of them supplied me the details. The tracking of order is not possible. I am shocked ans surprised with the change in stand. Once the sale is cancelled as revoked by the seller, how can they ship the product after revocation. I feel suspicious. I am worried, if an online fraud is being played by this app with me.
