I bought my first watch on chrono 24 recently. The experience was quite good. The app is very user friendly! The seller was very responsive. The packaging was professional and the watch was exactly as advertised! Very happy and satisfied.

Even after paying for shipping, I was billed by the shipping company separately afterwards

Poor customer services. Asks for passports, ID. And ask for more information to be provided via third party services. Non transparent communication. One moment you have passed fraud checks. Next moment you have been selected for more audit to prevent fraud. Did Nigeria scammers take over this formerly decent company?

After this recent update. Total rubbish as under basic info ur no longer able to search similar model. When u click the watch model it bring u to just a search of the brand. Totally useless now.

For eg. If you try searching for “Daniel Roth” you will get zero results back. There are tons of Daniel Roth on the platform. Please look into this

I had paid for a watch that never got delivered. Endless emails sent, not a single reply from Chrono support team till today. Incredibly bad experience !
