You do not need to have a CIB bank account to have a CIB Smart Wallet. Register through one of the following channels:
1. Any of CIB’s Authorized Banking Agent outlet
2. Any CIB branch
If you are a CIB client, register now by texting your full National ID number and last 4 digits of your CIB card to 4435 or through your Online Banking account.
*To register, you need a valid national ID number and a mobile number.
*You can unregister from CIB Smart Wallet via the application.

Good, but!
You’re disabling the screenshot feature while using the app, but you need to provide an alternative. The same thing is added in the CIB Internet Banking with the export feature.
Currently, I need another mobile device to capture an image which is not easy.
سيء جدا وعقيم
للأسف التطبيق أصلا غير سهل في الاستخدام ومعقد وليس سلسلا كباقي المحافط الإلكترونية، وبعد التحديث الأخير أصبح بطيء جدا وأكثر مللا ، على سبيل المثال بعد شحن رصيد لأحد الأرقام أريد إيصالا بالعملية للأسف غير موجود وإن وجد لا يوجد فيه تفاصيل الرقم الذي تم تعبئته بالرصيد، أيضا إذا أردت شحن رصيد 70 جنيها مثلا لابد من شحنها على دفعتين لانه لا يوجد خيار شحن بمبلغ 70 جنيه

Donations stopped working with the new iOS
Favorite ls data gone
After the last big update all my saved data under favorites is gone. Tried to add it again under favorites but there’s no way to add data.
How come you update to make it easier and you end up to make harder to use. Each time i wish to pay my monthly fees i do it from scratch.
Please pay attention to our reviews and fix the problems.
The worst ever
Once you update the app you lose all your previous saved information and start over as a new account
All payees and statistics have been removed

التطبيق لا يعمل
للاسف تطبيق سىء وخدمة عملاء لا يردون على المكالمات، حيث ان التطبيق لا يرسل رقم التفعيل ليتم دخول المحفظة

التحديث الجديد بيمنع لقطة الشاشة، ما أعرفش ليه البنك يحرم العميل من تصوير شاشة الدفع الخاصة به
very good redesign but
The new UI design is much better visually and functionality
But, when “choose contact” that have multiple numbers, I am no longer asked which one to use, and the app always select the first number. This is very big deal specially since Paste is not allowed.
Also, it would be much better to allow biometric authentication as option instead of PIN code
قبل الابديت افضل في نقطتين
النقطة الاولي:- لما اختار اسم شخص ليه رقمين عندي ابعتله رصيد كان بيخليني اختار انهي رقم، دلوقتي بيختار الاول فقط و مش عارف اختار الرقم التاني.
النقطة الثانية:- الاول كنت ممكن اخد Screenshot ابعتها للطرف الاخر كدليل علي استلام الحوالة
مشكلة في التحديث الجديد
التطبيق يتم اغلاقه فجأه فور الدخول بعد التحديث الجديد
