DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Application experience is average, but more importantly the customer service is rock bottom. My account was disabled after three days of activation for no reason. I had to go the branch. Seemed they made a mistake and did not collect all my data so they decided to suspend my account. After one week of follow up and a lousy customer service support from a lady called Sara, I got my account back. They wanted me to visit the branch again as if I have nothing else to do. This is very poor from what is supposedly the number one private bank in Egypt. I don’t think so! I will transfer the pending amount to another account and unregister from the app.
