Login is a pain (you need to pull up your Cigna member ID + a password that doesn’t allow you special characters). Please make login with Face ID available. The app is slow and navigating the claims and their status is not easy: no info listed, you need to enter each claim to see which one it is. The app feels more like I’m on their website on my phone that a real optimized app experience.
Not really an app anymore, just a fancy browser loading their website portal, which is in itself already very slow and buggy.
From the last update, the App is slower and with a lot of bugs, and not to mention the delays !
With the new update I can’t access the app. It stops at loading and nothing works.

Slow, and many functions are not optimized. Example: the “find healthcare nearby you” function is unable to locate anything around (either too many choice or nothing around). You should use google maps instead!
At first sight, version 2.0 seems VERY slow. As well it requires several clicks to get claims information. I would prefer very handy straight forward immediate list of claims + clear status.
The app is slow and buggy. Embedded browsers in the secure email? Give me a break, update your system. Stay away from this company. No update for over 2 weeks of a claim.
