Completely useless app
It is just unbelievably bad, ridiculous. Guys - it’s 2022, put 3 developers on it and stop making fun of your clients
No it won’t work
Worst app ever.
Incredibly slow
Very slow app. Using iPhone 11pro max with good internet connection. Looks like it’s using web to load the info into the app. The app needs to redesigned from scratch.
Doesn’t work
After release of last update application doesn’t work at all. I can open it but at the authorisation stage it just freezes at stays like that for ever.
Can’t login after update
Why I can’t login after last update? Can’t do it in app as well as can’t do it on site.
Internal error
The app just would not open.
Why not make touch id access?!
Crazy about sms authorization! Add touch id function
Claims
Not possible to submit claims within one week.Requested to submit bank details that have been provided before.Even after bank details input Cigna application system did not accept it.A new Cigna application is completely not helpful for the client.
Unreliable , not cool & rather gleachy
Claims are disappearing . Need to reenter claims and password after few minutes of inactivity. No way to trace claims by numbers .
