Incompetent app
This app comes with a lot of fault!! Instead of make things easier it fails to serve its purpose 1- claims are automatically deleted making it very hard to track down what has been paid for and what hasn't , so you will have to keep track of your claims i another place( we use pay by cheque it takes forever to get the money). 2- The app loses new claims!! Yes you can upload a claim and get a number, then come back check status in a few days only to realize the claim has disappeared! So yes you need screenshots of everything you do on this app!! 3- Try to contact customer service through the app secure inbox and no one will reply! You will get an automatic reply to call or e-mail and if you would like to wait count the days , you will not even get a reply and e-mails will be deleted. 4- The app will direct you to care providers near you covered by Cigna and after your procedures are done and a week passes you will find in the app that Cigna denied the claims!! Oops what will you do now.. This question i am still waiting for Cigna to reply to in addition to losing the claims i submitted! So goodluck
