Cigna Envoy®

I have not been able to register on the app/website since a couple of months now: 1. The verification/registration email never comes through (checked spam folder as well). 2. It directly says ‘Contact Us’ on call, which as per brochure is supposed to be available 24/7/365. However, after making a bunch of selections the call automatically gets disconnected. Very slow, buggy and very difficult to search claims. Really poor app implementation

With recent update, I am not able to login to app and check any claim submitted. This is kind of worst update for any app. Ok

The recent update to which changed the app completely actually made it totally useless. Its slow and laggy in iPhone Xs, unable to click on submit new claim, the button gets unresponsive. It seems like a mobile version of website and not a native app. Wish i had never updated it.

Can’t open the app after the latest update. It crash’s as soon as I click on the icon.

Only claim I did was for my wife's delivery, I had just gone for the smallest hospital in my city though I had the claim capacity of ten times more. It's been 2 months and these Cigna people are really horrible and cold hearted and never bother to pay out the claim !! Never file claim >100$ in Cigna !!! You gonna regret it badly, they won't pay out for months. Cigna is better only for petty claims like <10$ with prescriptions.

I can’t send the mails sent through the app in sent items. Please check.

When images taken from iPhone are uploaded, they get cut from the edges and sometimes it gets slightly tilted. Because of this important info of the bills are missed and they don't get approved.

Good response and convenient for uploading invoice.
