What kind of updates that stop your user to login?

Stupid update make my life tough

What a new anti scam system, now i cant access to your app because your app said got “unknown app” make it unsafe. So what’s the unknown app?

Why new version show my phone got “UNKNOWN APP” then deny me to login. should show the app name right?

Bad Service

Had block my account without giving any notice. I never received any notification from cimb for my account suspension. Very terrible service. Don’t offer exchange rate if u cannot afford to handle it until have to block customer account without giving any notice

Need polish on the notifications.

Please implement notification for incoming/outgoing transactions.
