why is there $5 minimum when i only need to add a little bit so i can empty my account such a stupid app reject modernity embrace tradition its already a hassle having to pay through an app

I hate your app it stinks. £5 minimun of transfer is so annoying, Machine timers and wrong,

literally takes ur money. don’t use.

First it took my money and the machine did not start despite display that it was working I could accept that but now it has taken at least £20 and logged me out and when I sign back in it says “Try again in a Few minutes constantly”. Don’t even get me started on the password reset option which literally just states “password incorrect” instead of sending an email. And even after getting the email to come through by the grace of God Himself it then states the email never registered to the app although it acknowledges that I did use it to sign up??? 0/10 if you can avoid circuit Laundry do it I don’t know why universities rely so heavily on this app which clearly has code written by chatgtp itself😡

I deleted the app by accident and i tried to log into my account that has £25 in. Can i get my money back please?? As a uni student this is a p take.

Hell on earth

I wish I could rate things 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not the case. The truth is if someone wants to know why so many young people are communists just look at the blatant monopoly and abuse of power Circuit Laundry has. I really wish the people run this company would chew on broken glass.

Today my flatmate’s washing machine FLOODED the whole room and the outside - Circuit was useless in this matter and said they would send someone “as soon as they can”. This was an EMERGENCY situation and could have started an electrical fire. After weeks of complaints, circuit has done nothing to solve our laundry problems. 0/5 stars, use your local laundrette instead.

Using these machines is a nightmare. Not only does the application have a £5 minimum for adding money to your account, but the machines are hardly functional, having repeatedly eaten money to not even wash or dry at all. Furthermore, the timer on the machines is incorrect, being slower than they should actually be. This leads to arriving 15 minutes early when the app told you it was done and then having to guess how long the remaining time is. The developers and the company running this app are one step away from being scam artists. Avoid having to use this service if you can, and my heart goes out to fellow university students who have no choice due to having no launderette near where they live.

Invalid machine code errors, and then when creating a new account it said “invalid machine code” and didn’t let me create account. I’ve powered off my iPhone, I’ve attempted to create a new account on fresh install, I’ve gone to my old account and all I get is the same error. Not only is this a problem, but on the occasion it does work the actual timings of the machines do not match up with the app. Immediate improvement is needed, this is terrible.
