Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a mobile app that's as easy-to-use as our washing machines and dryers! The Circuit Laundry app lets you top up your Circuit app account* in seconds, and then you're good to go... just turn up at your nearest Circuit launderette, load your laundry, scan a machine's QR code and select the programme you want to start - job done! Your credit will be adjusted automatically so you'll always have your circuit account balance to hand. No need to stay and watch your washing.

Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a countdown** that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.

* Please note that your Circuit app account is separate to your laundry card account you access from the Circuit website. If you haven’t used the Circuit app before you will need to sign up separately on the app. Balances from your laundry card cannot be transferred to your Circuit app account and vice versa.

**The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G, 4G or 5G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines - and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes. As long as you're connected, you can see how long is left on your chosen cycle and get on with other things instead of waiting in the launderette.

You accept that you have a non-exclusive licence to use the app. You agree not to copy the app or infringe our intellectual property rights in the app.

The minimum amount of top-up credit you can buy is £5.00. Your payment will be processed through a Payment Provider and Circuit will not hold any card details.

You can apply for a refund of part-used top-up credit by emailing us at [email protected] with details of registered email address, the date of the in-App purchase, the amount of credit purchased, and the amount of credit to be refunded. No refund will be given on balances of less than £5.00. Refunds will incur an administration charge of £3.00, which will be deducted directly from the refund value. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for the purchase. No refund will be processed for any free credit or voucher top ups. basically a scam.

Terrible app and even worse grift

Shocking. Whoever runs this should be ashamed of themselves. Pathetic.

NOBODY ASKED FOR A LAUNDRY APP

Most useless invention of all time. Makes a simple task so difficult and frustrating for no reason. Machine will just not start randomly. Whoever is behind this deserves a special place in hell 👿🔥

Overall just a trash company

Machines are notoriously faulty. They’ll take your money and do nothing. There is no way to take money out of the app and it requires minimum instalments of 5 quid. Customer service is terrible as complaints are ignored and refunds/account transfers are nearly impossible to get. Huge thanks to UOB for ditching this garbage company.

THERE ARE 2 APPS

there is a different circuit app that is red and blue. If your laundry has red and blue on it don’t use this app. If you put money on this app it will not transfer to the second app. What a horrible design.

Poor app

You’ve read the other reviews. They’re all right. This app is indeed a piece of garbage.

Bad

Totally unnecessary middleman between you and your laundry. Not that it even works half the time, app is happy to gobble up multiple payments while the machines never start.

Update Your App

I can never add funds because of “network problems”. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but now it won’t even let me log back in. Garbage.

Terrible app

App never works properly, you have to be playing around connecting and disconnecting wifi and data, sometimes it doesn’t take payment or sometimes it takes the payment twice and the customer service is not helpful; dryers do no work properly, clothes are not 100% dry doesn’t matter how much clothes you put in the machine. On top of that, if you are lucky and don’t have to use the app anymore and you have money left, they do not refund it. Awful

Overpriced garbage

Absolutely terrible, complete rip-off.
