Machine and network always breakdown. No lies every 2 weeks, the ‘phone vend’ won’t work. Congrats you just wasted going up and down the stairs with laundry, calling the company, coming back down in an hour, realising it’s still being ‘rebooted’. Don’t worry our valued customer, it should work the next day :) I don’t get why Unis would install these, I recommend quitting uni and use the 9k investing in a washing machine company, you’ll be less stressed from a such preliminary system. I don’t know why it is not connected with account of internet. Totally very difficult to use this service. Specially I can’t put on the number for recharging
