Today, I had a peculiar issue with citi mobile. I could not change my transaction limits on my add on card nor my own card as the “ Submit” button was not visible after making changes for different channels : POS/ Online / ATM .
( I think there appears to be an issue. I am on iPhone 12 and iOS 17.1 version. )

I suggest to all please don’t take citi bank credit card
I have called many times but no answer from them and lastly close my card
Manage card functionality not working properly
I have been trying to change my cards limits but there is no save or submit button unless one deactivates and then activates one of the categories. That’s not how it used to work earlier.
FaceID bug after update
The FaceID keeps getting disabled after the recent update. It says it has been disabled due to security issues. There are no new apps that have been installed, iOS is up to date. Please fix this! It’s really annoying that I have to type in the IPIN every single time because of this!

Log in Directly- WHY ???
Your App logs in directly thru face scan as soon as one opens the app irrespective of the matter that one wish to log in or not. Why not you design some icon type mark on home page itself so that in case anyone wish to log in, may touch that icon to initiate log in process. Otherwise keep on staring the home page, no auto log in anymore.
Application Crashes frequently
Post upgrade to the latest version of the citi mobile app the UI of the app is blurred and looks like some cheap mobile application app.

Please fix it blur screen problem in ios 15 pro max.. I already re-installed the app but app sometime getting blur screen… I’m using 150+ app in iPhone but citi app is getting blur screen problem in ios

Quick Interface each time
The logins and the transaction interface have always been quick and smooth. The expectations are met and so I intend to remain a long-term customer.
POOR
The App doest works after the recent update and takes much longer to load, better to be with the previous version. Work on it else I’ll be forced to move to other bank with better user interface.
