Its not letting login , as if its not verifying and denying even before that . Chk

More Security Needed

App is very fast and easy for transfers and other online transactions. However, I feel it is lacking multilevel security. Making compulsory 2 level authentication will help for all financial transactions

Hopless

App is not working for more than 6 months on my cell. Staff getting laid back, not able to find solution.

Very user friendly App

User Convenience

Absolutely unnecessary security features inbuilt making it cumbersome to execute. Several layers to execute a simple funds transfer. Face ID logon is most secure and after this I don’t see why then you need to input your logon password ( which is stated as IPIN suggesting it is a number. It should mention password not IPIN) and then again request for an OTP to be able to finally confirm the transfer. It’s far too many security protocols to my liking.

Terrible

The app never works. It asks me to login with username and password then says there is additional verification required by sending OTP to registered mobile. Once you agree to that it says the service is currently unavailable. This has been going on for the past 2-3 months and there is no means of contacting Citibank to report the issue. The email option is not available and the automatic chat option is a horror-Why do people even have that unless you want to frustrate your customers.

Still living in a primitive world

Such a pathetic app with no new features and no options to put in basic requests. On top of that, disgusting and brainless customer service. Relationship Managers who have never managed any relations. Forget managing... they didn’t even make one. Will be shutting down the account of 18 years and 5 years of NRI relationship that didn’t exist.
