Not so intuitive
It's not a very intuitive app this one. I had to add both addresses as favourites before I could make a booking - and that means that I need to really know the address, whereas the reality is that many people would want to for instance go "to that restaurant near the castle" and not know it's name or the street, especially tourists. Nonetheless, I managed after some false starts to get both addresses into the system and make a booking. I could see my booking listed as active, but of course was unable to track it as the car had not yet been assigned. Next morning, with 10 minutes to go until my car was due and a plabe to catch I was getting anxious to see it still was not assigned. I phoned up to be told that it would be assigned 4 minutes before it was due to me. Sure enough, that was the case and it arrived and all was good - however, while waiting for assignment, perhaps the app could give a time at which I can expect the car to be allocated so that I'm not stressing out
