App doesn’t work
Could get past the home screen to find a city. The Granada tour was terrible, rude staff and you can easily walk to most of the stops. Not worth the money or time.

By far the worst experience as a tourist.
Useless
They promise 10% off for mobile purchases but transction never worked. Map is useless, does not have location for yourself relative to a route, live location of the busses is unreliable, bus stop locations are poorly indicted on the map

Nothing work, no real Time location, no idea when or where the bus will arrive. Just inusable

I tried this APP in Dec 2019, said i’ll give it another try now in July 2022 … thinking somebody anybody could have addressed the most basic functionality promised here … but looks this company is too arrogant to work on improving the CX …. This app doesn’t work, map feature useless, realtime bus movement tracking my foot … audio jacks on buses are always broken … ppl working on the buses hate their jobs and it shows … too bad, all very simple to fix !

This app is useless! I couldn’t even purchase tickets on it. Zero functionality for the end-user as stated in another review. I’m in Mexico City trying to use their service but I can’t find anything on their website or this dumb app to pick up their service from Zocalo, Mexico City’s main square.The bus is supposed to come by every 20 minutes, we waited an hour so we should’ve seen at least one bus. So, clearly it picks up and drops off somewhere near the square. Can’t find that address anywhere. I guess I’ll run out in front of one whiles it’s driving around and get on at my own personal stop.

Utterly useless
I tried it for Barcelona and it’s absolutely useless. It’s just an advertisement for their services with no functionality for the user. Don’t bother downloading this valueless piece of garbage.
Terrible App, Terrible Service And Terrible Company
Booked tickets through the app for Barcelona and never received confirmation. Called after half an hour and the company hung up on us after transferring around twice. Called again and was told somebody would call us back in 15 minutes, it ended up taking over 3 hours. Had to eventually go to their office to resolve the situation in person so I wasn’t out €120. Use their competitors instead and do not use this app.
Doesn't work
Don't waste your time. Trying to download content for the cities, you either get an "error downloading" message or for the ones that "work" the app freezes.
