Useless app, terrible city tour

The app has 0 functionality, it’s hard to know where the stops are exactly, and the buses (in Granada) are very old, falling apart, with headphones (paid extra) and commentary that don’t work

Rubbish

Poor app No tracking of either your position or the next bus. Commentary on the crowded bus is inaudible App crashes. Go with someone else.

Useless! Utterly useless.

Took forever to download on the free wifi on the bus. Promised ‘real time bus info’ but the ONLY thing it gives is ticket purchase - at 50c more than the street price. What a waste of time & data. Don’t bother - the reviews are true.

Useless app. You can only buy the tickets, no other functionality. No offers, nothing. Waste of data just downloading it

Utterly pointless - don’t waste a download

Attempted to use for Rome. As others have said, the only available functionality is ticket purchase, which is the only bit you don’t actually need - it’s cheaper in person (sellers do offers - “special price”!). Even this function doesn’t work - scrolling through skips options at random, and then you can’t go back! Utterly pointless app. Would rate zero stars if possible. Don’t bother!

Doesn’t work

Only function that works is ticket purchase - info download for Madrid gives no information (pickup locations etc). App doesn’t even hold your ticket, it gets sent by email. Hope the tour is better than the app.

Doesn’t work. Can’t download London data.

The app.....don’t waste your time

I thought what a great idea, handy app to see where the stops are etc, downloaded and opened. App doesn’t even work. Won’t download London. Let’s hope the service is better in real life and not like their app.
