I don’t know what is this application for. We went out of the bus at Park Guel. I was with two older ladies and took the bus so they don’t have to walk a lot. You get hop off the bus, search for the route, walk 10-15minutes, than after seeing the attraction, you get out with a different exit and when you want to get to the bus stop… you don’t know where to go as the application shows bus stops with numbers but it’s not connected with google maps and you don’t get the info about how to get there back. Irritating and useless.
Weak app , didn’t get a voucher after payment , no contact
I downladed app and bought tickets and nothing happens. I didn’t get any confimation , tickets or voucher. I send e-mail to office but no reply. I have visited an office in Barcelona and they told me that there is a problem with app and website orders an i should buy ticket again in bus and they Will refund me that one from app… nothing happens . I am thinkin about going to Police…
