Hard to set up

Took a loooonnnggg time to connect to Wi-Fi

Abandoned app

It appears this app has been abandoned. Login times out. The qupai.me website times out (friends confirm) and it seems that it's been like this a few weeks now. I guess their company died? Now to figure out how to regain control of my f$&@ house lights. It used to work. But not anymore. Stick with the big names , or at least the "smart life" ones.

Brought a globe online, but can’t get into the app to set up

A little bit long winded to connect but well worth it if only the on off timer would work.

Lights

This is the worst smart light app I have come across. There is no setting for colour fade or scenery. Whoever programs this app is inept at their job. At least brilliant smart has useable functions and possible Apple interaction. The only reason it gets one star is because I can’t give it ZERO!

Waste of money and time.

I bought two bulbs and they arrived last week. Normally with other bulbs is to set and go! This batch switches and always comes to the error reading. I am good at setting gadgets as a musician. This item Is useless in my humble opinion and I am about to ask PayPal to mitigate on my behalf unless their is a solution to the issue? I am in Australia would that be reason for failure? I have sent the error reading and no answer so far and reinforces the premise that it is useless!! NOT Recommended at all unless tweaked 😱😨🥶

Always disconnects. Always. Light bulb barely works Don’t waste your time, find another app
