The app continuously crashes if I didnt have internet signal. It was very frustrating as the tour kept going.

Frustrating Experience
Scanned the QR Code as we were entering Peña Palace in Portugal. Many steps to navigate to pay for and activate the app and guide. Download repeatedly stalled and then would error out. Tried the streaming option for awhile but it was flakey. In many instances we would enter the code at the stop and find there was no audio. Just text, which was the same text written on the plaque at the stop. Eventually succeeded in completing the download but the whole process was a distraction from enjoying the tour of the palace. Couldn’t go back and start over. Found that when there was audio, I had to stop and restart to actually hear. It would sometimes play silently even after downloading until restarted. Recommend that the developers be clear up front about how many stops on the tour actually have audio. If you decide to buy, download and experiment with the interface before you get to your first destination. I suspect if we went back to the palace now that we have had a chance to play with the app, the experience would be better. Have also not looked at whether there is an advantage to creating an account. Good luck.
Deleted my voucher code and asks for payment again
Had a voucher code for Peña Palace audio guide that I bought on the official park website, entered it in the app, worked for about 20 minutes, then kicked me out of the app and demanded payment again. Voucher has “already been used”
Needs work
Prepaid for app but when we scanned the code the app tried to send a verification code via SMS. Code never came through (Northern American number) so paid for it again in app. App kept forgetting where I was when I left the app to take pictures.
Bad code system
Codes can only be used once, if you enter the code before the visit and something happens, you can’t have the guided tour, be warned!
