This app always stocked while using, and it’s extremely annoying when you’re listening to the audio guide!! NEED TO BE IMPROVE!!

So buggy
Made my experience of Pena Palace actively awful and infuriating. Tried to download it in advance but there was no download button - until I started the tour later on and realised it hadn’t downloaded. Bugs meant random clips didn’t work. Then it crashed. Then I reopened the app and it asked me for my original code again.
Basic product design issues
• If you enter a code to receive paid-for guides and then create an account, the guides are lost forever and cannot be retrieved • Guides show a download size but no visual indication of whether they have been downloaded or not - important for situations where you may not have internet access during the guide itself • UI for code entry is very small and fiddly with no ability to copy and paste codes (even though 100% of users will be copying and pasting!)
App is full of bugs and doesn't work well
I bought the audio guide for Sintra and had to download this app. It took ages on data roaming to download the tour and it was complicated to do and used lots of data while roaming abroad. If a museum or historical site wishes visitors to use this service they should provide free Wi-Fi. The Sintra tour needs to be improved as some of the rooms had no audio description even when they were supposed to have one according to the room information boards.
Poor execution doesn’t allow audio-only
I got this app and bought the guide for Pena Palace in Sintra, Portugal. The guide forces you to have it open and active. You cannot turn off your screen and put phone in pocket. You cannot switch to camera, you cannot do anything other than listen while holding the phone up in front of you. Very invasive and ruins the experience, not to mention draining phone battery.
Super helpful app!
Great app! Would be fantastic if all museums started using it - would male museum visits much easier and simpler to arrange.
Too much data
Saw this at Atomium in Brussels. Installed it. It Wanted to download ‘1M’ is that 1 GB? Only audio. No text to fallback to so bit pointless. No tourists can download 1Gb when walking around. Good idea but poor execution.
