“Through a different provider, I had a trip cancelled last minute the day before and was able to book on to this tour late in the evening the day before. Tickets and confirmation of collection point were clear and the tickets are very easily available on the app. We were picked up at the pick up location on time, and our guide met us and explained what the experience would entail and the time scales. I think our guides make was Raphael, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a very detailed explanation of Krakows history as we were driving through Krakow towards Auschwitz. Showing us all the landmark buildings and their history along the way. Very easy to understand and communicated very well, and very passionate about education us all on Polish history. Very happy with this service and would recommend using them to book tours through.”

Scam, please stay away

They tell to come to the meeting point, don’t show up and just resell your tickets to other parties. What a wonderful business model!

Stupid cancellation fees

I booked a ticket of Chicago just 2 minutes ago and called the customer service for more than 20 minutes.The result is NO way to cancel, or a fee up to 20% of the tickets. That’s what there solution. Don’t buy tickets here!

Vatican and colosseum tickets

I purchased both tickets separately and so far very easy and good service.

Absolut Scam

Phone line drops , then 3 different people called me back , they didn’t honour their policy. Didn’t not. Help at all and I just lost money dealing with them, if I could give a 0 or a minus star I would .

Untrustworthy and unhelpful

They were unable to honour our booking and were very uncommunicative. I contacted them several times throughout the day trying to get the tickets they had charged me for and was repeatedly assured they had my booking and would send the tickets. Many hours later they cancelled and offered to rebook our tour on a date over a month away. Offered a 10% coupon (limited to $15) on my “next booking”, but refused to apply the discount to the other tour we had booked through them. Charges were immediate, but refund will take up to a week. Will not use this company again.

Do not use.

Booked a broadway show a couple of weeks in advance through this group, and noticed that my seats were not specified. Sent a message to them to find out where my two seats were, and the day before the show I received an e-mail saying they no longer have seats! It gets worse.. I called them and they said that is wasn’t that the seats were gone, but that they were separated. They told me that I had some time to decide, so I went around looking for a pair of seats together. Well, the show was sold out, so I called back saying I’d still take them (I really wanted to see the show) and they told me that those seats were no longer available, so they’ll issue me a refund. Going through HeadOut ruined my broadway experience, embarrassed me, and wasted a whole lot of my time. Only 1 star, and only because they actually provided a refund.

NEVER use this service

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We bought tickets and got the confirmation by email and 2 hours later they called to say that our tickets were not available at the box office. It was the only broadway show we had been able to buy tickets for and were very disappointed to not be able to see a show for this special vacation in NYC. I would NEVER recommend this service and I will never use it again.

Avoid like the plague

Awful app. Does not consider discount code. Does not confirm total payment and give you an option of proceeding or not. Contacted customer support and was informed they couldn't do anything about it. I was supposed to get an e-ticket within 20 minutes but it took approximately 90 minutes. Oh, one last thing - the previous day I had bought a ticket with this company but was informed 8 hours later the ticket was not available because there was some sort of problem with the theatre's system. Fair enough, but no information on how to contact the company for reimbursement. That's when I downloaded this app and was available to chat with a representative, which did reimburse that ticket. Thought it was ok to do business with this company and bought another ticket. Boy was I wrong. Life is too short, deal with another reseller...

Don't use this app. The description is flawed. If you press the "pay" button it will took your money and the customer service will refuse for refund. I waste 450 dollars for "helicopter trip". Very disappointed. Just don't use it.

Amazing booking experience!

I went to New York and was able to get tickets to Book of Mormon through this app. The experience was very smooth! I would definitely use headout again!
