Hit and miss

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. One minute you add the booking info and you get your details, another minute the info is gone. No point in having an account, you can rarely access it. Do they have testers? If so, do they ever fix errors?

Highly recommend !

Easy to navigate, lots of info and lots of options

Bad app

This app is terrible- it changes the information you input indescribably. After a hour we were able to check in. Makes me wonder how secure our information is? It still has our wrong information in it as it changes by itself.

EMBARRASSING

Does not work at all.

Can’t enter details

I can access my booking but when I try to update details, it keeps changing the information. Some links don’t work.

App stuck

Flytap messages question - atuck on screen cannot SAVE. iPhone 13 ios 17.3. App of no use cannot get out of preferences screen which it jumps to upon startup.

Worst airline app; login issues, very buggy

Horrible onboarding user experience and full of bugs. This app is not ready for prime time.

Doesn’t work

More frustration than anything else. Bug, doesn’t work, used 4 different emails to create an account . USELESS
