My tap app is in Portuguese. I can not change the app to english.
I don’t think they care about their Customers, they can’t have tested this

From not saving past account login to not being able to remember my language preference, this app has many problems. Like the airline itself, they seem content to muddle along with many large problems. Dropping data, inadequate language translations, and an unhelpful interface require more than minor bug fixes. App standards in general have improved, but not here.
New update not supporting iPhone
The app looks good, but doesn’t really work. It’s imposible to create an account, takes hours to be able to pay for a flight, and I can even check my booking if i don’t sing up, but how I’ll sing up if I can not create the account. Doesn’t make sense
Super Slow Keeps Crashing and closing No tap recognition so you never know if you actually clicked the button or not. Login is messy and unclear Had to do the check-in 5 times before it worked without crashing Really frustrating, TAP, invest in a good app developer
Worked fine for a week then my travel agent did the check in and now the app doesn t work!! It doesn t find my booking!!
We just flew from Toronto to Lisbon and back and had great flights with excellent service. I would absolutely recommend TAP. My issues were with boarding at both locations. The early boarding in Toronto was completely backwards. They obviously let people who needed help and who had small children board first. Great! The problem was who boarded next - people with no carry-on luggage. That would seem to make sense as they should just go to their seat and sit down. That was not the case. They let anybody on who didn’t have a carry on sized suitcase. They let so many people on who had huge back packs and duffle bags that would be impossible to store under a seat. Many passengers were getting quite upset watching people board with luggage while they had to wait. In Lisbon, this wasn’t the issue. For starters, we had to show our passports 5 times and that didn’t even get us onto the plane. Our boarding gate was roped off and we had to wait in a long line just to get to the waiting area. That would not have been an issue if there was somewhere to sit, but there was only enough seats for maybe 1/4 of the passengers and we had to stand for over an hour waiting to board. Next, we had to board a bus to get to the plane and again they let people needing assistance and those with small children on first which is great. The problem was that once the first bus left, the next didn’t arrive for quite some time and people had to line up in a stair well except there was also an escalator and the order of people got all mixed up and the people who tried follow the boarding instructions and stay in line were the last to board. All that said, I really enjoyed flying on TAP, just be sure to be patient at boarding. They need to fix those issues.
