The iPhone app won’t connect to my TV provider. Unable to stream live content on my phone. The TV App needs to be deleted and reinstalled EVERY TIME I want to watch live TV CNN via Safari is the only thing I can get to work. Years ago the CNN apps were the most stable and reliable apps I owned. What happened? Also, why doesn’t the verify Tv provider function work on the iPhone app?

Cancel the limit on how long we can use the app!!! You have made enough go money from ads. Why do you give control to tv providers. There are people who cannot afford tv subscriptions!!! If you want your news app to spread even more make it unlimited for everyone.

This app is very glitchy. It crashes a lot…l mean a lot! None of my other apps crash…CNN…constantly.

Breaking news alerts does not include every time someone wins a medal at the Olympics. It should only be for actual breaking news! Put all Olympic stuff in sports notifications only. Fix the app and the alerts.

I didn’t vote for Trump in the last two presidential elections. There was just no way. So I’m not a Trump fan, believe me. I’m looking for a news source that gives me accounts and points of view from both sides, along with thoughtful analysis. Then then let me decide. The fact that your app has article after article pro-Democrat and/or con-Republican makes it clear you’re promoting the Left. That bias means I can’t trust you. Now you’re just another reference point in all the data. Too bad.

Totally froze even after uninstalling and reinstalling on iPad.

This has alway been my favorite news app—until recently. There’s seems to be a lack of connection between the news flashes and the actual stories. When I receive a notification, I often look for the story and can’t find it. The coverage of the Paris Olympics is terrible! No daily medal count, no overview, no depth of reporting. Please take us back to your previous excellence!

Stop inviting Republican crazies on just to keep ratings up. Switching fully to MSNBC where they get different opinions without giving voracious liars on and giving them a platform to tell their lies largely unchecked.

Always knew they are super biased towards left however did not know they are a propaganda machine. After Hamas attack on October 7th 2024 CNN would rarely report what’s really happening in Gaza, would not allow Palestinian voices on air and would actively silence them. There were several interviews where hosts would not allow them to speak freely. Anderson Cooper and entire team is is an abomination to journalism. Shame on them! Will not watch them again.
