Videos stop after a couple of seconds. Very annoying

I disabled VPN, even connected to 5G instead of wifi, and videos still won't play. I verified another news app and had no problems playing its videos. Also, CNN has autoplay for videos and this cannot be disabled. Lousy design and no way to file a proper bug report to support. There is only a feedback option which is a very uncommitted and indifferent way of addressing people's technical problems. *EDITED: TOO MANY OBTRUSIVE ADS! I installed it and won't use it again. Charge a fee if you must but at least give clients a CHOICE NOT TO DISPLAY AXS!!

Yeah, right. Total and utter nonsense like all the other “news”

CNN was never great but was always a good source of information. It now is a news desert like many other corporate media platforms only delivering a sanitized version of the news with no depth, courage, or integrity. Any reporter working for CNN is afraid to truly report anything that might be controversial or upset their corporate bosses or powerful interests lest they lose their jobs as a result.

App still exhibits erratic, and unstable video playback behaviours. Sometimes audio plays with blacked out video. This on iPad (9th Gen) with latest iPadOS. Also asks me to log into cable provider every 18 to 24 hours, this is very annoying.

Used your app all the time Now since forced update last week video segments only play about a 10 second teaser then skip to next video for 10 seconds etc Or It just comes up with a “problem” and a big red retry button. Looking forward to it getting fixed.

Trump trump trump stil eh? quit using this app four years ago because as soon as you open it all you see is Trump. Obsessed with Trump much? So much news in the world but Trump Trump Trump. Garbage CNN goodbye again.

App is not working.

A good source to stay current. Love the app too!

have to delete app and reinstall. Once app is closed and reopened, videos don’t load
