They scam, then apologize for the loss and they will never compensate

The worst registration I've seen. If you make a mistake, you have no right to go back and you can't throw out your account because you will no longer be allowed to pass identity verification. It is as inconvenient and not intuitive as possible.

1. I can't log in through the app (both Iphone and Macbook). always get something wrong error and ask me to turn off VPN even though I'm not using it 2. With a web browser, I'm stuck on the survey page, asking about income sources and registration purposes. I filled out the form and clicked submit but nothing happened. I tried with firefox and safari but it didn't work. I feel worried about whether I should continue with coinbase. Imagine there is an occasion where there is money in the account and I cannot access my money. It's disappointing that a leading crypto exchange has such stupid errors.
