Coinbase doesn't accept photo IDs from Australia. After four days of chatting with customer service, they kept repeating the same response without offering any solutions. In the end, I decided to stop using Coinbase. Btw, this is the first time I've been so frustrated that I felt compelled to write a negative review. Coinbase不接受澳大利亞的身份證照片。與客服交談了四天後，他們一直重複同樣的回覆，並沒有提供任何解決方案。最後，我決定放棄使用Coinbase。 順帶一提，這是我第一次感到如此沮喪，以至於我覺得有必要寫一篇負面評論。

Uploaded a few times, different documents but just cannot obtain the right address and always goes wrong. The process is locked after a few tries. Used more than 30 mins but still cannot open an account.

我下载之后不能注册加入，需要我下载Wallte，下载Wallte之后找不到邮箱认证，没有邮箱没办法绑定这个软件 没办法进去，打开页面就两个选项，第一个下载钱包，第二个登陆，没有注册页面。

My coinbase account is trapped. Everytime I try to link a bank it says successful, when I try to sell crypto my debit card does not show up. I want to ‘cash out’ really badly but I can’t see the option. Is this happening to other people? Is this because of region difference too, I’m from hk btw? Also customer support is a bot, they don’t help at all.. why can’t coinbase hire actual people.. I feel like I just threw my money away for looking at numbers rising and falling.
