The chatbot will auto close after less than 2 minutes of waiting, the account completion doesn’t link to anywhere and the referral promotions are a scam. Worst trading platform with extremely high fees

Absolutely horrible user interface. App prompts to complete account setup then directs user to coinbase website and ask to sign in but nothing happens after that so how am I supposed to complete the setup??? Also live chat and support is totally useless, the bot just keeps asking u to wait and cant reply your questions😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Crypto can be confusing but Coinbase support helped me navigate it

It seems that this App has some bug and could not use for selling Bitcoin and convert to Cash. You can convert to other Cryptocurrency but not cash. I don’t understand why. I have already feedback. Lets see will they fix this asap.

This Coinbase depositing money into the app is so easy and fast but the app is unable to cash out which I have been figuring for very long. The AI chat bot is not user friendly and there is not helpline or support to contact. For Singaporean, do not use this app for crypto and highly recommend using Coinhako instead!

Most difficult steps to follow. Up to now I cannot sign in after I change my mobile device to a new number although it's registered. I have done the verification process twice with identity card and passport document in Singapore but still unable to check account balance. I must raise this matter to authorities to investigate further... I am not sure whether my funds is safe and protected? I see the otp or code is sent to my older number and so I cannot complete signing in. All these steps are extremely confusing!!

Many hiccups to the signing up process and my account is still under review after 1 week and counting. Giving it additional 1 star only because the UI looks nice no idea if it’s functionally working.

I was opened my account 2yrs ago. After I invested crypto all the way downwards went down and loss almost 80%. But last 2month after trump won crypto price hick, and get some profit. Then i wants to sell all my crypto it not allow. It ask now enter address proofs , but manually not allow to update my address. The hen allow to sell option transfer crypto to other platforms address but i tried it wont works. All the way loading and show in process. Anyone wants to try crypto better choose platform which platform tieup with your local country bank. Dont waste your money and time like coinbase platform

After update this version, lost 95usd Cash in Coinbase account. After 3 support session ( need to wait 400minutes at least to get response) After waiting another 1 week till no response Contact again, estimated time is 800minutes
