I warn everybody to use this COINBASE . They block your account for weeks and weeks for no apparent reason. They unprofessional when it comes to communication. They will just give you hassle for no apparent reason. They have the medieval banking mentality. Bitcoin is all about timely decisions and freedom you won’t find this in COINBASE. I totally advise against them unprofessional hassle COINBASE
I spend almost 2 hrs trying to verify my account, it can’t accept my passport bcs I’m in another country and says upload ID from that country, when I’m uploading ID there’s only option for passport 🤦🏻♂️ useless af, I’ve deleted it

Coinbase works on location and if you are travelling and don’t have identification to the countries that support coinbase you can kiss your account goodbye because their stupid policy doesn’t allow verification unless it is from the supported countries
Coinbase locked my asking for no reason 18 months ago and despite having sent all required documents more than once, they still haven’t reactivated it and are extremely unresponsive to emails or through their chat system. Hard to believe one of the largest crypto trading platforms can be as unprofessional.

Last year it was all fine. Now they have blocked my account with my funds in it. I’ve been trying to unlock it for 6 months now, but the responses I get are all automated. I hope I’ll find a way, but the customer support is the worst I’ve ever had to do with.
It’s been 20 days i created the account and provided all need information, my Identity card, salary slips, proof of address, last three months bank statement and still i am waiting to approve my account to buy and sell. Really frustrating and pathetic experience 👎🏻 Highly disappointed
