Withdrawal Hold on “Instant Transaction”
This app has put a hold on my account for absolutely no reason (even though I paid the fee for an instant transaction). I am trying to withdrawal cash after selling my crypto and it is telling me it will take up to a week before I can withdrawal MY MONEY. Do NOT use this app and this exchange. Don’t do it. Crypto.com is 100x better. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. When you pay a fee for an instant transaction, and they tell you the transaction will take up to 7 days, they have stolen your money.

Coinbase has completely kicked me out & can’t access any of my funds!! Been trying to log into my account for months!!! Now I’ve lost everything!!!

Dont download
I deposited on dec 17 and they told me my funds would be available to transfer after 0-5 days… it then said available by dec 30th… which is 13 days later… now comes dec 30th in which it said it would arrive by 7pm… its now 8pm and im still unable to access my funds in any way and now it has no info on when it would arrive by- it just disappeared- DO NOT DOWNLOAD
WORST customer support ive ever experienced
Worst customer service ever. Theres not even a real person even waiting to help you its all machine and go to help. Coinbase but then when you try to sign it it just sends you ti regular coinbase page not help. All support numbers just redirect you to the website with no real human to help you. I want to delete old number because its a security threat. Clearly they dont have serious buyers on this app or else their support wouldnt be this lousy.

I love this app it helped me alot
Account recovery impossible(EDIT)
So my phone number changed, and now it’s not letting me recover my account, it keeps sending the code to my old phone number, and when I click try another way, it tells me to sign out to recover my account, instead of sending the code to the email. By the way, it will send a code to the email whatever you’re trying to sign in, but not in any other way. This app is clearly preventing me from accessing my funds which is theft. OK, I might’ve overreacted a little bit, if you go through the account recovery process and recover by taking a photo of your ID and video of your face it should recover pretty easily. It’s just frustrating how it was sending me on a loop.
