Great features but just doesn’t work

I was excited at being able to monitor my progress of cold water therapy with a way to log time, temperature and heart rate through my Apple Watch. However, every time I’ve used the app it produces an error code before I even complete my plunge. Probably just some bugs that need fixing but currently makes the app unusable.

Watch app goes to An error screen if you don’t hit stop as soon as the timer sounds. You then lose all heart rate data and it resets the time to zero

Good functional app but could be better

Really great app, easy to read lay out and functions. My only complaint is that it does not connect to the Apple Watch too well - it always asks to connect using a code which doesn’t appear on the watch so I can’t connect it and Therefore I can’t make use of the heart rate function. If it does connect the timer stops without reason mid ice bath. I think this is due to a mix of the screen being hit with ice (pressing the stop button) and sometimes it comes us with a connection error (http something). There is a function on the Apple Watch to lock the screen when in water (to avoid functions turning off if the screen is accidentally touched) but you can’t use this when the timer is in use. If you guys can figure out the Apple Watch side of things, this app would be perfect. Fingers crossed.

Only just started using the app. It’s a bit difficult to start on the Apple Watch In the shower. Be better if it had a simple start button, for a pre built programme. Pre cold time and length of time in cold water before the stop alarm.

Massive shame as it’s a brilliant layout and idea. It is just crashing every time I try to connect my Apple Watch.

I have really enjoyed this app and it has been a real help to encouraging the cold water therapy! Definitely recommend if you want to log your cold swims and showers. Only niggle is can’t edit my cold water logs/add notes my app crashes. For normal logging the app is fantastic!!!
