I just downloaded the app, added my first collection, and it didn’t take long to realize this is exactly what I was looking for. It is so configurable, has a wonderful native design and in a subscription based market, an amazing deal!

Thank you for this amazing app! I have managed to reduce the number of apps used to track various things by switching to this masterpiece. Well done. It’s fairly easy to use and the documentation is helpful should you need it. If you’re at all familiar with databases then this will be easy to use. My only request is the ability to visualize some of the database data. For example, in an expense tracker, having some bar or pie charts dissecting the database would be great.
It’s easy to use and very powerful. It will be great if it can import CSV records into current documents. Anyway, five out of five. I paid when I tried for a few minutes! I am transferring my mobiDB datas into this app.
I love this app so much. It can be almost anything you want. I’ve used it to replace password and software license apps, package delivery apps, contact apps, notes apps for storing poems, jokes and short stories, movie and tv watch lists, keep track of my HomeKit devices and codes, and several other projects. I use Shortcuts to quickly access certain collections from the home screen. It’s simply perfect. It’s been a while since I tried the macOS version, but last time I tried, it seemed to be a iPad port, so if I had any criticism it would be to make a macOS native version. It’s also hard to find when searching in the App Store, so some better SEO might help get this onto more people’s devices. Thanks!
What an incredibly well designed and implemented app. THIS is a developer who knows what they're doing! Everything has been thought through extremely well. As a software developer myself I tip my hat to this developer. Most times I find myself grumbling at lazy software developers' shortcuts, but not in this case. This is kind of like FileMaker or MS Access for your iOS device. I'm honestly impressed that it's so easy to use. A lot of time must have been put into refining the workflow. It works properly on a phone or ipad (with proper screen rotation handling). It has iCloud sync so you can go from your phone to ipad seamlessly. Getting a data input form setup is a matter of selecting fields and selecting styling/options for them. It even has a javascript support for pulling in external data. I did think the documentation could be a bit more thorough in some places (it's not clear how/why to use some features; Entities for example) but overall this is really really well thought out, so much so that I purchased it after using it for only an hour. The capabilities of this database app is something that's been needed on iOS for a long time! Edit: I just realized that it even works on a Mac!
Where have you been all my life? I finally found the perfect app to do my inventory and other business needs, and this is it! Amazing customization tools and very easy to use. Kudos to the developer! Great job!
I would have given this app a 5 star rating but I just tried to add another entry to my database and I received a message that I had to pay $8 to upgrade to the Pro version since I had exceeded the maximum limit of 100. So after hours of entering information I now have to start over with another app. I will be deleting this app at the first chance I get.
I’m using it to keep track of calories for food I eat, as opposed to use a bloated app like My Fitness Pal. The only thing I ask is for custom image or custom icons for each folder/grouping instead of just the icons included. Gladly paid the upgrade to support the dev, even though I didn’t need it.
I have a specific task: rapidly catalog my deceased relative’s estate items for storage without loosing track of what and where they are (to allow future reference and distribution). Most items don’t have barcodes and titles would be too obscure and too slow. So initial organization by photos is really the only practical way to do this rapidly. As far as I can tell, this is the only app that takes the approach of an automatically generated key to allow this. Add yo this the massive and (mostly) very easy to use (for such a) flexible configuration and on the fly reconfiguration of collections, this is a winner. And I tried at least 12-20 (lost track) others apps before finding this jewel.
Collections is a really nice app to use for your organization needs. The interface is simple and easy to work with and responds quickly. It runs smoothly on my Mac.
