Worst banking app I’ve ever seen.

This is the worst banking app I have ever seen. The old one was much better compared to this. As an overseas customer I always use the online banking app, but this gives me a lot of troubles, and not user friendly at all. Will change the bank soon.

I was able to login to ComBank Digital thro web browser but not able to login with the app. Customer service has no idea what’s happening. Tried all avenues but no response. Waste…. Edit After number of calls and e-mails the issue has been fixed. Thanks

I don't know why this app really confusing. Forgot password is not working. Everytime saying active session is there. cannot change password. Old platform was better. Please add at least iOS keychain to save old password in next update.

Most diffict bank app i ever used. Everything when i log on i have to change the password. Since its not register my password. Pretty annoying app. Better if you can reactivate the web version we used to have.

I have been an online banking customer ever since Commercial Bank launched their online banking. The previous app was quite clear to navigate on though not the best app in banking. However the new app seems to be just a collection of banking jargon which does not make sense in any way. Chasing the online transaction history can be pretty challenging and it just shows lists of old transactions without a purpose, not the most recent ones. I understand they want to give the app a new face and an interface but I’d some it simply does not have to be this complicated. Just give us simple tabs in simple every man’s language to get our job done such as check your balance, transfer funds, pay bills. That way it won’t make us angry while using the app not being able to figure out how to do what we have to do as it does right now. Please make it make some sense

My mother accidentally entered into demo mode while trying to log in to her app and she was under the impression that she logged into another person’s account. She took the phone to nearest branch to log back to her own account. Branch staff were so incompetent and wasted more than an hour trying to change passwords/deleting app/doing all sorts of things and managed to lock my mother out of the account. Finally they asked mom to go home and figure out the app by herself. Only thing that the branch staff had to do was, 1. Know their bank app. 2. Realise the customer had gone into demo mode (like I did in 2 mins). 3. Contact the developer/IT support if they are not sure of a solution. Suggestion for developers, 1. Separate demo mode from app interface (add a title saying DEMO mode for easy identification) 2. Add a prominent close button to exit demo mode. 3. Be more conscious of the fact that most of your customers are not tech savvy. App has to be user friendly for the general public. 4. Finally, please educate your staff when you roll out new apps/features. Good luck!
