They are not responding to our messages on Combank digital. I wanted to change the phone number which receives the OTPs. Currently it goes to my Sri Lankan number, now I need to change it to my UK number. So somehow I managed to keep my Sri Lankan number because of this reason. However, my Sri Lankan number is not working. To send them a message, it’s requesting the OTP again. There’s nothing I can do now. There are urgent transfers to be done to my family in Sri Lanka. I’m still struggling. We can’t send an inquiry via the app. No help when a customer needs one. And when we do a bank transfer, it’s very difficult to select the recipient bank. Not user friendly at all.
Worst bank app
One of the worst bank app. Difficult to find links for various transactions. Not easy to get a receipt to share to confirm transactions
Not bad after all
When compared to the well known banks’ apps, this is far better than them. Keep update the app and add more features. Thanks!
Not user friendly
The transactions function is not user friendly. Should allow to select the branch first and accordingly a second drop down with branch names. The account number is not verified.
Error/warning messages are not user friendly.
App doesn’t work
When I accessed my old app I was told I need to download a new version so I did, but I keep getting a repeated message after inputting my username saying ‘Communication failed, network connection lost.’ There is no issue with either my Wi-Fi or 4G. I can access the internet and all my other apps without a problem.

This digital platform app couldn't link with two accounts in online banking but previous app it can link, so I prefer previous app as *****

I have been waiting YEARS for ComBank to up their game with the app and it’s finally here. Thank you!! It’s sooo much easier to see balances, transfer money, log in, etc.
A suggestion would be enabling money transfers to “goals” you can customize in the app where you can save/collect money for various goals or payments etc. I have seen this feature on other banking apps and it’s very useful!
