Works pretty well, until June 2024

Already used the predecessor. Works pretty well. Even if it might take some time to resolve issues I am satisfied. Also the implementation of new airlines works seamlessly. Until June 2024 were complete support was cut and the application got absolutely useless unfortunately. I liked it together with the integration of PILOTLOG. For now no solutions in sight.

Support

Perfect support. Quick and competent

Software with potential, but lousy support

Now I’m using the app since a couple of years, and it has nice functions and is also interface-able with other programs (EASA FTL, Log Ten, etc). But every time I change the airline or there is an update, the app stalls. I don’t know how many months of usage I already lost. Dealing with the support is also annoying as the send you friendly (computer generated e-mails) but when it comes to problem resolving competence there is definitely room for improvement. So choose wisely!

STAY AWAY

Tested this software and the previous one. I have at least 20 emails to the support team, which were answered either by a robot or the typical “I don’t-care-support”. See the review I wrote for crew CONNECT. Same issues. There are less fancy looking products around, but at least they work! TKT 75773, 74096, 68282, 68283 and 10 more!
