Unable to use after last update
Cannot either automatically download my roster nor import it manually. App is completely useless after update

Not downloading roster anymore
Since yesterday the app can't download my roster without any explanation.
Problem solving
Very very good team . Ready any time and prompt to fix any issue .
Graphic design and efficient
Our job and life is linked to our roster. With this application you have easy access and direct sharp images of it. Sharing with friends and colleagues is also a function that I like most.

This Company is amazing! They offer integrated APP and services, covering the handling of Pilot’s situations and syncing needs, well above expectations. Once started using their services and products, everything is becoming easy, synced, backed up, recorded… They must have very capable “brains and hands”: they were able to setup the data export from the impenetrable CAAC APP (Chinese). Then I told them about a new Company, and within few days they were able to import the roster from their calendar. “Give them a problem to solve, and they create a solution”. Honestly, I admire such dynamic capable organization. Well done! They deserve the best recognition.

fantastic App
This is a serious company. I had a lifetime subscription with another company log for my flights and for my roster and they suddenly disregarded my lifetime subscription and asked me to pay. Then I try crewlounge with the apps for the roster and log and they maintained the word given. I bought lifetime subscription and never have they asked any other money. Every time there is a problem they always respond quickly enough and sort out the bugs in a very reasonable time. well done guys..

There was an issue to download all the Roster once published. It was difficult to detect the problem but support team worked hard until they finally fixed it. Very nice and professional!!
Useful app excellent customer support
This app is very useful for my everyday use of aims ecrew roster. Good for roster share and for printing roster table email ecc. Ecc. The customer support is it excellent, quick help to solve problems, I wasn’t able to find a solution for some download problems they help me in clear and polite way how to set up the setting. 5 stars.
