Nice and easy

No fuss no bother

Payment for 1 year app renewal processed, but subscription NOT renewed???

Payment through app and iTunes effected, but app expiry not updated??? NO support from customer support??? These guys are a bunch of clowns!!!

Excellent Service, works great

I’ve been using this app for 2 years. My company recently changed the website address which was used to login to our roster. Customer service was excellent and very efficient at updating it so we had access once again. The app itself works really well and the UI is great.

I’ve been using CrewLounge CONNECT for a couple of years now. I tried one or two other roster apps, but none of them was as user friendly. This is one of those products that does what it needs to do, basically it just works. I use it everyday and family members also have access to my roster on their devices. Several nice to have tools are also part of the app, and I use the export function to my digital logbook every time I fly. Not that I’ve needed much in the likes of support, but any interaction has gone smoothly and issues are resolved in good time and professionally. Feel assured that this app is the easy way to reference your roster quickly. The app also features several different layout e.g. daily, weekly etc. Fly safe!

Lots of small problems. Previous app was much better. Times change from local to UTC, adds night stops when there are none.
