When obtaining an account with CosmoProf, I provided my CANADIAN business registration. Why provide me with a link to download an app that doesn’t work in CANADA? Also - why doesn’t Apple allow me to choose zero stars for this review?

Very frustrating that an app doesn’t work even though you can download it? If Canadians can’t use it, get it off the Canadian App Store!

I used to have my cosmo card on my Apple Pay and since they updated the app, I can’t use it. Why can’t Canadians use this?

Don’t bother installing if you live in Canada it won’t even let you sign in, just says invalid. I live in Quebec and I can’t even get a proper account card and can’t even add to apple wallet without the app.

I wish I could give 0. Customer reps are AWFUL, and this app doesn’t allow Canadian clients to sign up. At all.

Very disappointed in this app. As I used to be able to use it in Canada and it updated and since then we haven’t been able to use it! 😭 Please fix this asap or get a Canadian version for us Canadians.

The app used to work fine but an update awhile back changed the app so it only works in the US. Don’t waste your time or space on your device. This app should be delisted.
