Great customization and great customer support
Over the years, I’ve tried a couple of their competitors and there was always something that didn’t quite work the way I wanted it to. I am into my second year with CountAbout and I am very pleased with the way it lets me customize my expense categories. It Is very easy to see where my money is going, because I get to choose categories that are specific to me. The other thing that stands out is CountAbout’s customer service. Over the last couple of years I’ve had several reasons to reach out to them and it is amazing how quickly they get back to me with an answer. Good customer support is so critical for home finance software, and CountAbout has great customer support.
Great product
I’m a new user. I was with Mint for the last 7 years. Does pretty much everything Mint users were used to and more. A little learning curve at the beginning. Many options for editing and configuring the system to your needs. You can import your Mint data. Links to my bank accounts with no fuss.
Great cost benefit and efficiency to linking accounts
I’m very happy that I found this app after trying three other ones. I was concerned about the migration from Mint and not only that went smoothly with this app but also setting up the accounts to be automatically updated. I also enjoyed the fact that I can customize graphs and that I can see the budget in multiple formats. I’m very satisfied.

After mint, I didn’t find any affordable, professional app to be competitive than CountAbout. Thanks a lot
Nothing works
Whoever said this works fine, obviously haven’t tried it or is the app owner.
Nothing works, no support at all. I just removed it from the phone, and of course the delete profile button in the web doesn’t work either.
Just what I was looking for
Just as the description states, CountAbout is an online budgeting application. The phone app provides access to the site, along with minimal functionality. I was looking for an easy to use, affordable app to keep track of my checking and credit card transactions. The website provides all the features one would want. The phone app allows me to enter transactions easily when I don’t have access to my laptop. All in all, this is exactly what I was looking for. The online help service is excellent as well.
