Coursera: Grow your career

I’m enjoying the service, however, there’s a lot missing from the app that makes it underperforming in the year 2022. Two basic changes would make this a 4-4.5 Save notes when offline, set default video quality in settings area or even set it for offline use.

Loved this course- how it was presented- Clear concise to the point -the knowledge and information was up to date - presented very well ! made sense and the tests really reflected the course content - so you actually learnt a lot - highly recommend this course ! Again excellent !

Excellent course that you can progress at your own pace.

Loved this app till the last update, the UI changes are jumbled, performance is terrible (often takes restarting the app multiple times to get a video and audio to start when not on wifi) and download just doesn’t work 90% of the time. Please roll back.

I have been trying for days, uninstalling and reinstalling, but Coursera App won’t let me log in, I have checked the user and password every time, it works for the website. Don’t know what else to do!!

Free education online on ones own time is simply incredible! I haven’t fully figured out how to use the app yet or unenroll in courses I don’t like which is the only that could cost a star

I love finding out about how our minds often trick us and thereby convince us to take a less than optimal path. The scientific background material presented in an easy to understand format provides plenty of motivation to change old destructive habits. Thankyou so much for this opportunity.

Out of the blue received an email saying I got automatically charged for the subscription to a course I had not took over a year. I immediately logged in and cancelled subscription. Customer Support person said they are sorry I didn’t know I was subscribed, and they cannot issue a refund for subscription, they can only cancel my “active subscription” - which I canceled myself immediately but guess that didn’t cancel and I would have been charged again if I didn’t do it through CS. Very sad to see such poor service from Coursera.

My studying skills have improved since I started using the Coursera app. The lectures from Professor Santose are insightful and inspirational. Highly recommend this method of learning to anyone wanting to fit studies in with the time constraints of work life and family life.
