Terrible app; stops working when you need it. Craftsman ruined MyQ.
The MyQ app used to work well, when Chamberlain ran it. The minute that Craftsman took it over, it became unreliable to the point of failing to connect every few days and forcing me to get out in the rain to open garage door. Do NOT trust this app.
A lot of error message
This app starting to have a lot of glitch and can never get to the bottom page where I can press and open my garage please fix it as soon as possible
error connecting to the server - while I have 20Mbps up and down on my phone
Over two days of this unhelpful error message. They suggest changing the batteries. I have tried three brand new batteries that are labeled for ten more years. Select Tap the hub device you would like to pair to: MyHome Error There was an error connecting to the server. Please check your connection and try again. OK

Notification no longer work
CarPlay
I’ll give it 2 stars for being stable and reliable. I’d give it 5 stars if they enabled CarPlay. Seems ridiculous to have a garage door app that I can’t use with Apple CarPlay in my vehicle.
Had to download different app for push notifications
Delete this app and download the regular “My Q” app for notifications

I stopped getting alert notifications and I don’t know why. Notifications are turned on. Wish customer service could help.
Open notification
Why doesn’t the door opening send a notification to my phone like it used to ? Why doesn’t anyone ever answer our complaints ? Very poor after the sale service which tells me you really don’t care about the issue. Nice job !!
