This app is drivel. Brand new fridge just released by F&P and brand new for us. Followed instructions, on various devices, once you move to the GE_MODULE_XXXX network, and go back to the app the “next” never becomes clickable. Do not use this app. Moreover the list of reviews seems to indicate the developers have been made aware of this for months and do nothing about it. Shocking and immensely frustrating. F&P if you’re bothering to follow this. Move to the app developer that ships with Siemens products, Home Connect. Just followed a similar set up that failed for our new fridge from you using SmartHQ, and it worked instantly for a new dishwasher by Siemens using Smart Connect. The developers here clearly do not care. This comes off badly on you, F&P. I’m annoyed I’ve spend £3.5k on a fridge from you and you cannot be bothered to get this right!

After registering I am asked to verify my account by responding to email sent, do so, says I have not verified account! Useless!!

Trying to sign up but just goes in to a doom loop of verification failure.

No idea what the app does as like many other users can't even login. I already reported it via email and got response saying your problem is resolved. Well it isn't , and looks like this problem has been going on for months. If they can't even fix an app, I dread to think how they will fix my applicances. Paid a lot of money for the Fisher & Paykel appliances and you expect a certain level of service. Not impressed.

I’ve registered an account and verified my email over and over but the App keeps telling me I need to verify my email. Really useless and no help information available so writing this public review.

Verified email address multiple times. Can’t get past login.

Every time I try to log in to my account it says ‘account pending email verification’ even tho I have verified my account a thousand times!!

Like all the other potential users it seems, I can’t verify my email address and hence can’t use the app.

I should have read the reviews. Just wasted 30 mins setting it up and same as others cannt get past verification to log in.

As with the other users, I have tried to verify my email, get told verification has been successful and then cannot login because apparently my email account needs to be verified. Given the number of complaints about this very issue, it’s a joke that this remains an ongoing issue.
