This application allows anytime, anywhere smartphone access to the Creators' Cloud, a platform that provides powerful support for creators from shooting to production with Sony's camera technology and cloud AI. By connecting this application to your camera, you can easily operate convenient functions such as photo and video transfer from your smartphone.

Experience the various functions offered by Creators' Cloud, including file storage and management in cloud storage, a wide range of services and applications including video editing services using cloud AI, and access to articles and content that will serve as a source of inspiration. You can experience a variety of functions provided by Creators' Cloud.

■ Extend the shooting experience and manage shooting files more easily
You can transfer and save photos and videos you have already taken, and use your smartphone as a remote control for the camera for remote shooting. In addition, the smartphone can be used to check the camera's battery and media information, set the date, time, and camera name, and easily update the camera's software.

- Easy transfer of photos and videos taken anytime, anywhere
Photos and videos taken can be transferred to cloud storage or a smartphone for centralized management. Data transfer can be performed while shooting or while the camera is turned off or charging. Useless without XAVC-I import

I make a lot of Reels and Tiktoks, and want to speed up my workflow but not on behalf of image quality, so not being able to import XAVC-I to a phone is just meaningless, it’s not a 45min interview, so the files aren’t that big. It shouldn’t be a problem.

Not satisfied

I use this app when in hurry to deliver pictures, so not every week. But I find the login process to be too time consuming and I really hate the pointer-procedure to confirm I’m a human. You need to find a quicker way, like face recognition.

Doesn't work

Unable to log in to app because servers doesn't respond. Tried several days and different mobiles / pc

App needs serious bug fixes

Not possible to transfer photos from Sony A7iv to iPhone using this app

No more Sony

You had an app that sort of worked on my A7c and now this.. its not working, i am now not able to directly transfer my photos to my mobile, nor use my phone to control it. This is garbage in 2023. I will not recommend anyone to download this app or buy an Sony camera.

So difficult

Why make everything so difficult? The whole process of setting up, signing in, connecting camera is such a joke in 2023. I am not going to continue using this app and cloud.
